  • The Quality Improvement Coordinator of Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb (GSHC) will have responsibility for implementing and managing clinical improvement initiatives of GSHC, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting improved healthcare outcomes. The QI Director will complete these objectives by working closely with the Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) Committee to establish a vision and direction for the Quality Improvement (QI) Program under the supervision and direction of the Quality Director. The position is full-time.

  • Responsible for greeting patients, and guests, providing information, communicating with departments and assisting the Dispensary Technician and the Prescription Assistance Program Coordinator with medication pick-ups. Must be able to maintain an organized, efficient and professional environment that allows patients to pick up their medication in a orderly manner minimizing conflicts. In addition, must maintain a professional composure and cultural sensitivity at all times. Must be bilingual.

  • Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a oneon-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams. Must be creative and enjoy working within a small environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

  • Responsible for assisting providers with, clerical, environmental, and clinical tasks related to providing high quality patient care. Provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from clinic services.

  • Responsible for planning, organizing and directing GSHC operations to achieve the most efficient and effective delivery of top quality care to the patients, the providers, as well as the entire staff team.

  • Responsible for greeting patients and guests, communicating with departments and scheduling appointments in an efficient manner. Must be able to maintain an organized, efficient and professional environment that allows patients to check-in and check –out in a orderly manner minimizing conflicts. In addition, must maintain a professional composure and cultural sensitivity at all times.

  • This Physician role for the Center functions as a primary care provider with administrative duties assigned by the Medical Director. Licensed Physician will provide professional medical care to individuals from various cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Must be compassionate, sensitive, understanding, and support the Center’s Ministry to "spread the love of Christ by providing quality care to those in need." Must have the ability to supervise others and work effectively as a team with other staff, dentists, and volunteers and donors.
