About Us

Why We Serve

Mission:

"To spread the love of Christ by providing quality healthcare to those in need."

And the king will answer and say to them, “Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of Mine, you did it for Me.”    Matthew 25:40.

This verse reminds us that we are to provide each patient with the same quality of care with dignity and respect regardless of their ability to pay.   As Jesus did in His ministry, Good Sam addresses our patients’ medical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being.

Vision:

Christ commands us in Luke 10:27 to " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind'; and, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' " Good Sam will be obedient to this command and operate as a Christian ministry that serves the working poor of our community by providing quality primary and preventative medical and dental services to those who might otherwise go without the care they need. This will be done at an affordable cost, providing families with a medical home upon which they can depend. As Jesus did in His ministry, we will address our patient’s spiritual needs as well as their basic human needs.

Values:

Integrity: We will maintain an unwavering commitment to Christian principles and professional standards of ethical behavior, honesty, confidentiality, trust, and respect. (2 Chronicles 19:9)

Compassion: We will prove ourselves to be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deluding our own selves. (James 1:22)

Accountability: We will conduct ourselves in a responsible manner with full accountability for our actions in accordance with God's Word. (Titus 1:7)

Respect: We will create an environment where everyone feels loved and valued as images bearers of God. (Genesis 1: 26-31)

Excellence: We will provide the highest quality services that reflect the importance of the One whom we serve. (Col. 3:17)
